Indented Listing For Your Keywords

Indented listings are the same website links in top 10 but the most relevant one for the searched query. The most relevant result is listed first, with other relevant pages from the same website indented below it.

How to get indented listings for your keywords

To get an indented listing for one or more of your keywords here are some of the points to follow:
  1. A very basic thing is to first have a web page that already has a top 10 ranking for a keyword.
  2. Your next step should be to create a second web page on the same domain and link it to the first webpage which is already ranking at top 10 positions for a keyword. Optimize the second page for the same keyword as page one but use different content and meta-tags.
  3. Link the first ranking webpage to second created webpage with your keyword phrase in the anchor text.
  4. Get inbound links from the website for the second page. Depending on the competition for the keywords high quality links can be enough to get the indented result.

Three Things You Should Do To Optimization Webpage

Search engine rank single webpage in the results for single search term

A single webpage should be optimized for a single search term only. Do not optimize the same page for more than one search term; It is always better if a web page is highly relevant to one search term than somewhat relevant to many search terms.

Google considers all pages of your website

Optimizing different webpages of your website for different keywords that are all related to a certain topic, this will help Google to think that your website is relevant to this topic and it will be easier to get high rankings for your keywords. Although only a single page of your website will be listed in Google's search results for the targeted search term.

Optimized web page content and inbound links work hand-in-hand

Website having both optimized content and good inbound links will be much easier to get high rankings on Google. A web page that has been optimized for the search term "internet marketing" and has links from other web pages that use the same term "internet marketing" as the link text is much more likely to get a top ranking on Google than a page that only has the inbound links or the optimized content.

To Optimize Your SWF Applications For Search Engines

  1. Establish your search-related goals by identifying business-critical keywords for which you must compete, and how these terms can inform content decisions.
  2. Create unique URL's for the important sections of your site, based on your established search goals.
  3. Pass variables into your SWF file to tell it what content, or state, to display based on the content for the unique URL.
  4. Based on your available data structure, ensure that the SWF content can also be displayed in the HTML source for each unique URL. If possible, utilize XSL to transform your XML source to create both the HTML and SWF content, embedding the text in the HTML source by using the noscript method.
  5. Make sure your primary navigation is in HTML.
  6. Don't over-design the transition effects between important sections of your site. The browser needs to refresh when transitioning to a different URL. Save the animations, transition effects, and other interactive elements for the noncritical pages/sections of your site.
  7. Avoid pop-up windows.
  8. Create an XML and HTML sitemap.
  9. Create and submit a video sitemap if you're using video assets.
  10. Create a robots.txt file.

Some Basic Facts About Ajax

Ajax isn't SEO friendly. Search engines don't run JavaScript and can't see AJAX-delivered content. AJAX created navigation goes nowhere; spiders can't see the links so they won't follow anything." Also, Ajax is not easily accessible to people who have vision difficulties (site readers cannot read it). Therefore, if you want to rank you need to continue doing some things the old-fashioned way. That means creating static HTML pages, using a sitemap having text links, and writing lots of great content for the spiders to follow and find.

Although Ajax isn't search engine friendly, there is a new Ajax powered search engine. This search engine is AJAX-powered social search engine that provides users with additional details such as the Alexa Ranking, Google Page Rank and domain age for each website."

How To Get Ranked For Multiple Keywords In Google's Search

To get high rankings on Google for several keywords of your website is crucial. The more keywords that are related to a special topic can be found on your website, the more likely it is that Google will find your website relevant to that topic.

There are two ways to target multiple keywords on your website. If you choose the wrong way, search engine crawler will think that you are a spammer. If you choose the right way, your website will get higher rankings. Below are some points that will help you to get high rankings for as many keywords as possible.

  • Remove keyword stuffing from your website
You won't get high rankings on Google by just adding multiple keywords on every web page and separate them with a comma. These websites usually have extremely long meta tags with hundreds of keywords this process is called keyword stuffing and all search engine crawlers consider this as spam technique. You actually risk your search engine rankings if you use this method on your web pages. Check if your web pages containing long keywords lists. If yes, remove them from your pages.

  • Optimize different pages of your website for different keywords
If you optimize a web page for one keyword/Keyphrase, then your web page will be very relevant to this keyword but If you add many keywords on the same web page, then the web page will be somewhat relevant to many keywords. It is much easier to get high rankings if the web page is very relevant to the searched keyword. For that reason, you should optimize as many pages of your website for as many keywords as possible.

The keywords for which you optimize your web pages should be related. Find the best keywords for your website and then optimize different pages of your website for different keywords.

  • Add keyword modifiers and combine these variations
Add modifiers to your selected keywords on your optimized pages.
It's usually a good idea to combine all of keyword variations in one sentence (for example for your web page title can be like: Desktop Virtualization Solutions - Work from Anywhere with Mokafive LivePC.) With this single sentence, your web page can be found for many keyword combinations that are included in this sentence.

If you optimize many web pages of your website for different but related keywords and if you add variations of each keyword to each page than the content of your web site will be perfectly optimized for high rankings on Google.

Major Search Engines Come Together Agianst Canonical URL

Major Search Engines (Google, Yahoo and Microsoft) have come together to fight against the problem of duplicate contents. The top three search engines are implementing support for the new HTML tag - “link” .

The link tag will tell search engine crawlers which canonical URL form it will use when retrieving search results. The link tag put all the Canonical URL at the forefront of the website content which will be used for accessing the page, regardless of the session id, link parameter of the URL form.

To implement Canonical URL form on website, site owners just need to add the following link tag at head section of the site’s HTML code.

link rel="”canonical”" href="”http://www.example.com/products”"

Many of Us Ask Often How Long Does It Take To Get Top Rankings On Google

Many people having website think that it is possible to get high rankings on Google by doing SEO within a few days. Unfortunately, this is not true. Competition on the Internet is very strong also there are many factors that influence Google listing your website.
  1. How old is your website?
If you have a brand new website then certainly you have to wait. You can submit your website to Google but Google will only index your website if other websites link to your site.

  2. Website should not be Spammy
You have to prove that your website is not spammy. Google has several filters for new websites and you have to earn Google's trust before your website can get high rankings. A new website can get good rankings for less competitive keywords but it usually takes about 6 months to gain the minimum level of trust that is necessary to get high rankings.

  3. How many inbound links does your website have?
Old website with very few links will take longer to get high rankings on Google whereas an old website with many quality inbound links will get high rankings on Google soon, as Google will pick up the optimized pages on your website much quicker.

  4. Which keywords do you target?
This is a very vital factor for rankings. The more competitive your keyword is, the longer you will have to wait to get high rankings and the more links and optimized pages you need. Start with multiple combo keywords that are related to your business and then optimize to the more competitive keywords when your website has good content and inbound links.

  5. How many days, weeks or months does it take exactly?
Provided that your website has good inbound links and optimized web pages, you can get high rankings on Google within a few months if you have a brand new site and choose a very specific keyword that consists of several words. Old and established sites usually need some weeks for such a keyword. If you target industry keywords, which usually consist of two or more words, brand new sites usually need six months to a year to get high rankings. An established site might get the same result within 3 months. Highly competitive one word keywords usually require thousands of good inbound links. A brand new website can need several years to get high rankings for such a competitive keyword and even established sites can sometimes need more than a year. High rankings on Google take some time. You have to optimize your web pages and you have to get good inbound links. Without these two factors, it is not possible to get high rankings on Google.
